Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your FF Learning Pro account at any time by sending an email to:

shuvodaff@gmail.com

Please include the email address or user ID associated with your account so we can verify and process your request quickly. We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days unless legal or security reasons require a longer retention period.

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

• Account/profile data — display name, email address, avatar URL, username, language preference, and notification settings.
• App activity — favorites, recently viewed phones, ratings, comments, and any premium subscription status tied to your account.
• Device/FCM tokens — push notification tokens registered for your device will be invalidated and removed.

We may keep limited data after account deletion when required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or transaction records:

• Transaction records — purchase receipts and subscription history may be kept for up to 5 years to comply with tax and accounting laws.
• Security logs — IP addresses, sign-in timestamps, and abuse/fraud indicators may be retained for up to 90 days to protect our services and users.
• Legal holds — if data is subject to an active legal request or investigation, it will be retained only for as long as necessary to satisfy that obligation.

Retained data is anonymized or isolated wherever possible and is not used for marketing or app personalization after deletion.

If you have been using FF Learning Pro in Guest Mode without linking an email or Google account, your data is stored locally on your device. To delete it, simply clear the app's storage or uninstall the app from your device. We do not hold a recoverable account for guest users.
